Mapping the Physiographic Features of Egypt and the Near East
Assignments you need to hand in: Mapping Questions Physiographic Map
Vocabulary Term: Physiographic - Physio means "physical," graphic means "written down or recorded," and feature means "a particular characteristic of the land - a lake, a mountain, a river, as desert - that is recorded on a map.
Step 1: Map Questions - Answer the Mapping Questions on a separate piece of paper using an atlas or textbook. Use the web or any resource that might prove useful. (*Click here - PowerPoint for visual on each location.)
Step 2: Map Activity - Label all of the features/locations you looked up on the Physiographic Map of Egypt and the Near East in color.
