The goals of this unit of instruction is to help students understand how conflict and cooperation on the Korean peninsula has shaped their history and led to the present day tenuous situation. Complete the following sections of this project, culminating in a mock UN Security Council Hearing, where each student will participate as acting countries assigned with the goal of promoting cooperation and peace where conflict has dominated for so long.
